Consumer Disclosures Working Group Holds Organizational Meeting
The new Consumer Disclosures (D) Working Group held its first meeting on March 28 in Denver. The new working group has been charged with duties in two areas. First, the group is to develop a work product outlining best practices and guidelines for use by state regulators in developing information disclosures to insurance consumers.
