Nevada: NAMIC Asks Members to Contact Senate Committee to Oppose Credit-Based Insurance Scoring Ban Bill

AB 162, a bill that would ban the use of credit-based insurance scoring in underwriting and ratemaking passed out of the Assembly Committee on Commerce and Labor on March 18 along party-lines. Although it has yet to be scheduled for an Assembly floor vote, the bill will likely pass the Democrat-controlled Assembly this week.
