Utah: NAMIC Asks Governor to Sign Bill Protecting Citizens Against Arbitrary Accident Response Fees

NAMIC sent a letter March 18 to Gov. Gary Herbert requesting that he sign into law SB 273, a bill that would provide citizens of the state with protections against the imposition of excessive and unreasonable motor vehicle accident emergency response fees that are not directly related to the actual cost of necessary emergency response services.
