California: NAMIC Submits Written, Oral Comments for CDI Hearing on Proposed Regulations to Homeowners’ Insurance Estimating Replacement Cost Standards
NAMIC submitted written comments to and testified at the California Department of Insurance rulemaking hearing May 17 on the proposed regulations to homeowners’ insurance estimating replacement cost standards. On April 2, the California Department of Insurance filed its Notice of Proposed Action on REG 2010-00001 and its Proposed Regulations on Standards and Training for Estimating Replacement Value on Homeowners’ Insurance.
