Florida’s Omnibus Property Insurance Package Moves to Governor’s Desk

The Florida Legislature on Friday passed the Omnibus Property Insurance bill, bolstering the state’s property insurance market. SB 2044 now heads to Gov. Charlie Crist, who, according to the South Florida Sun Sentinel, has yet to make a decision on the bill.
