Missouri: Motor Vehicle Regulator Asks Companies to Make Special Note on Title Form for Vehicles ‘Totaled’ by Joplin Tornado

The Missouri Department of Revenue, which is the state’s motor vehicle regulator, is requesting that insurers note “Joplin Disaster Claim” or similarly distinctive words on the titling form (Form 5043) for vehicles destroyed by the recent tornado in Joplin.
