Rhode Island: Insurance Department Reminds Carriers of Changes to Special Filing Requirements
The Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation issued instructions to carriers on the filing requirements for various special reports. Beginning this year, some reports will no longer need to be filed if the carrier has nothing to report. The instructions detail when, how, and where carriers are to file the reports.
