Colorado: Trial-Bar-Sponsored Legislation Dies in House Judiciary Committee
SB 107, which would have created an exception to the state’s non-economic damages cap of $250,000, died April 28 in the House Judiciary Committee after passing out of the Senate on third reading on a 20-15 vote earlier in the month.
