Massachusetts: NAMIC Weighs In Against Creation of Labor Rate Commission
In the last week of the regular legislative session, NAMIC joined with the Massachusetts Insurance Federation and other property/casualty insurance associations in voicing opposition to a bill that would create a commission with the authority to set a labor rate that would be paid to auto body shops by insurers for repairs.
