South Carolina: ‘Faulty Workmanship’ Legislation Sent to House
As reported in a recent Advocacy Update and a previous Member Alert, legislation that would reverse the recent South Carolina Supreme Court decision in Crossmann v. Harleysville is making its way through the South Carolina Legislature. Unfortunately, but as expected, SB 431 passed the Senate March 31 and was sent to the House.
