NCOIL Report: NCOIL Defers Aftermarket Parts, Adopts MCAS, Defeats Anti-Steering Model
Approximately 65 state legislators traveled to Austin, Texas, last week for the fall meeting of the National Conference of Insurance Legislators. NCOIL legislators continue to focus much of their attention on health insurance issues; however, several issues of importance to the property/casualty industry were discussed and debated.
