Contact Louisiana House Committee Members Asking for ‘Yes’ Vote on Flex-Rating Bill
The Louisiana House Insurance Committee will consider HB 460, Property/Casualty Flex-Rating Regulatory Improvement Model Act, tomorrow morning. The legislation provides for a flex-rating system for personal lines written on property/casualty risks by an insurer authorized to do business in the state.
