South Carolina: Copper Theft Crack-Down Passes in Special Session

As reported in the June 7 edition of Advocacy Update, South Carolina HB 3660 did not pass before the regular session ended. However, senators gave final approval to the bill that cracks down on copper theft during its special redistricting session that convened last week. Gov. Nikki Haley signed the bill Friday.
