State Flood Plans Won’t Work; Support NFIP Reform
“The National Flood Insurance Program isn’t tenable. It isn’t fair; it isn’t accurate. It doesn’t serve the citizens in my state, so we should abandon it and create our own state flood plan. We’ll keep our citizens’ money in our own state economy, make the premiums reflect historical losses only, and make things fair again.”
