Colorado: House Committee Postpones Indefinitely HB 1098, Salvage Vehicle Sales
The Colorado House Transportation Committee last week postponed indefinitely, on a unanimous vote, HB 1098, which would have placed severe limitations on who may lawfully purchase a salvage vehicle by mandating that a buyer must be a “salvage vehicle dealer.”
