Indiana Senator Bayh Announces Retirement
Yesterday, Indiana Senator Even Bayh announced in Indianapolis that he would not be seeking a third term and would instead be retiring at the end of the year. The decision came as a surprise to everyone – especially the Democrat party who had considered his seat to be largely safe in the 2010 elections.
