South Carolina: Session Adjourns After Passing Metal Theft, Auto Glass Bills
The South Carolina House concurred with Senate amendments to HB 4042, regarding third-party administrators and auto glass claims, on June 6, the day before the Legislature adjourned sine die. NAMIC sent a Member Advisory to members doing business in South Carolina to update them on the end of “a long and tortuous journey” for the legislation, said Liz Reynolds, NAMIC Southeast state affairs manager.
