Florida: Big Property Package Almost to Finish Line; House Sends Amended Bill Back to Senate for Agreement
The Florida House yesterday afternoon passed the comprehensive property package that insurance industry representatives have been shepherding through the legislative process for months. House bill sponsor Rep. John Wood offered a strike-all amendment, as well as additional amendments to the strike-all, to the Senate version in order to facilitate final passage.
