Alaska: NAMIC Supports Legislation Allowing Insurers to Cancel Coverage for Vacant/Abandoned Property
The Senate Labor and Commerce Committee will hear public testimony Jan. 26 on SB 157, (AK SB 157) an industry-supported bill that would amend current law on policy cancellation to allow insurers to cancel insurance coverage for abandoned, vacant, or unoccupied property.
