Really, I Shouldn’t Be Surprised
I’ve seen some curious happenings doing my penance attending NAIC meetings over the years. Heck, I’ve been the cause of a couple of them, but two developments that occurred at the New Orleans meeting have to rank near the top. Both actions were in direct response to so-called consumer group proposals and both seem to fly in the face of reality.
