Massachusetts: Pay-As-You-Drive Proposal Included in State Clean Energy, Climate Plan
Massachusetts will conduct a pay-as-you-drive pilot program for auto insurance and, depending on results, work with the industry to encourage the development of such programs, according to the Massachusetts Clean Energy and Climate Plan for 2020, a legislative report by the state’s secretary of environmental affairs.
