Colorado: Credit-based Insurance Scoring Legislation Introduced

Rep. Daniel Kagan and Sen. Morgan Carroll have introduced legislation that would fundamentally alter how insurers use credit-based insurance scores and how insurers notify consumers of a CBIS adverse action.
