Georgia Governor Sets Poor Precedent by Signing Insolvency Pool Bill

Georgia Gov. Sonny Perdue announced yesterday that he signed HB 1364, legislation that allows insureds of insolvent captive workers’ compensation companies to benefit from the Georgia Insurers Insolvency Pool.
