Pennsylvania Insurance Commissioner Issues Climate-Risk Survey With Intent to Make Responses Public Information
Pennsylvania Insurance Commissioner Joel Ario issued a letter May 12 instructing domiciled insurer groups with annual premium volume above $500 million to submit responses to the Insurer Climate Risk Disclosure Survey that was adopted and recently revised by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.
