Hawaii: NAMIC-Supported Driver Exclusion Endorsement Bill Passes Second Reading, as Amended, Out of House Committee

HB 1878, as amended, passed second reading Feb. 7 and out of the House Transportation Committee. The bill is now off to the House Consumer Protection/Judiciary Committee for a public hearing.
