The Fiscal Cliff: What’s In, What’s Missing
The president signed into law H.R. 8, the American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012, on Jan. 2 to offset numerous year-end tax hikes and spending cuts otherwise known as the “fiscal cliff.” There were many moving pieces and parts to the last minute of getting the legislation passed.
