Colorado: Anti-Consumer Auto Salvage Sales Bill Dies in Committee
HB 1051 was heard in committee Feb. 9, but the House Transportation Committee laid over a vote on the bill until Feb. 15, where the bill died on a 7-6, postponed indefinitely.
