One Year Later – The Heavy Hand of Government is Closer
It hasn’t yet been a year since I wrote the column “Be Careful What You Wish For.” As you may recall the column was about lessons on federal regulation stemming from former-Insurance-Commissioner-turned-HHS-Secretary Kathleen Sebelius threatening federal intervention to “crack down on unreasonable [health] insurance premium hikes” in the hopes of controlling spiraling health-care costs for consumers.
