Florida: Property Package on Its Way to Governor
A year after passing similar legislation that was subsequently vetoed by then-Gov. Charlie Crist, the Florida Legislature on Thursday evening approved a comprehensive property insurance package, SB 408, that addresses claims cost drivers.
