North Carolina: State Trade Lobby Day Deals Death Blow to UATRA
More than 100 insurance industry representatives took to the halls of the North Carolina legislative buildings last Tuesday to make sure senators were acutely aware of widespread opposition to HB 813, the Uniform Apportionment of Tort Responsibility Act, which was passed by the House before the 2009 session ended.
