Congress Goes Into Recess with 2011 Budget Complete
On Friday, President Barack Obama signed the 2011 budget agreement that was negotiated between the Republican House and Democratic Senate last week. The bill funds the federal government through September 30,, bringing to an end the concern that the country would face a shutdown as it did in 1994-95.
