New Jersey: Commissioner Questioned on PIP Reforms in Budget Hearing
New Jersey Insurance Commissioner Tom Considine was questioned about the plans of the Department of Banking and Insurance relative to reform of aspects of the no-fault PIP system during a recent budget hearing of the Senate Budget and Appropriations Committee.
