Insurance School is in Session
Before months end, 45 legislatures will have convened in their respective states. In 20 of those states Republicans now control government at all levels, having won both legislative houses as well as the governor’s offices. Before the election, it was only nine. For the Democrats, their control dropped from 15 states to 10 states. And, while some voters may still be celebrating the near clean sweep of statehouses around the country, we as an industry have our work cut out for us.
