Oregon: Credit-Scoring Rate Review Bill Dies in Senate Committee Without a Hearing

SB 486 failed to survive the first procedural deadline April 8 and is now dead for the session. The bill was referred to the General Government, Consumer and Small Business Protection Committee on Jan. 14, but was never scheduled for a public hearing.
