Florida: OIR Issuing PIP Data Call Before Year’s End
An imminent data call on PIP, or no-fault auto, claims was one of many items covered Friday when Florida Insurance Commissioner Kevin McCarty and other Office of Insurance Regulation staff members met with industry government affairs representatives.
