ACTION NEEDED TODAY: Litigation Loan Funding Alive in Tennessee
The industry has been battling the resurgence of third-party litigation loan funding during the past week in the Tennessee Legislature. After having effectively killed the original bill early in the session, the language from that measure is now being considered as amended language onto SB 0696, an unrelated bill.
