Nevada: Insurance Division Proposes Credit-Based Insurance Scoring Amendment to Omnibus Bill
The Division of Insurance presented a draft amendment to insurers April 7 to address concerns the DOI has with the current use of credit-based insurance scoring by insurers. The proposed amendment is supposed to address DOI concerns it raised during its April 6 insurance industry meeting.
