NAMIC Urges Senate to Pass House Version of Patent Reform
Two weeks ago the U.S. House of Representatives passed major patent reform legislation, similar to legislation that was passed by the Senate in March. Because the bills are not identical, the two chambers must reconcile their versions before sending a final bill to the president for his signature.
