Missouri Undoes Proposed Change in Premium Tax Forms – Unintended Retaliatory Tax Hits Avoided
NAMIC’s state trade association advocacy partner, the Missouri Insurance Coalition, reports that the Missouri Department of Insurance, Financial Institutions & Professional Registration issued Bulletin 10-03 where it announces it will not revise its tax forms as has been previously reported.
