Legislation Introduced to Prevent Fraud in Asbestos Trust Funds
Legislation aimed at addressing the apparent abuse of the asbestos trust funds set up to pay claims to the those people with medical conditions related to their exposure to the toxic substance has been introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives.
