Connecticut: Workers’ Comp Commission Issues Guidelines for Payors, Providers of Medical Services
In an effort to improve the efficiencies of the provision of medical treatment to workers' compensation claimants, the Connecticut Workers' Compensation Commission recently issued a set of guidelines for insurers and medical providers to follow in the administration of workers’ compensation claims.
