NAIC Adopts Holding Company Model Revisions

The NAIC held a joint Executive Committee/Plenary session by conference call Dec. 16 to clear a considerable list of outstanding issues. Among the actions taken was approval of revisions to the NAIC’s Insurance Holding Company System Model Act and Model Regulation.
