Florida: Bad Faith Bill Filed
Rep. Kathleen Passidomo Thursday filed HB 427, Civil Remedies Against Insurers. According to the Florida Insurance Council, the bill is a “scaled-back” version of the unsuccessful 2011 bad faith reform proposals and is supported by a broad coalition of business and insurance interests.
