NAMIC Encourages D.C. City Council to Adopt IICMVA Model Legislation

In a letter sent today to Muriel Bowser, chair of D.C.’s Committee on Public Services and Consumer Affairs, NAMIC urged the council to amend Bill 18-699 into the model legislation on electronic communication between insurers and Departments of Motor Vehicles across the country.
