Note: Vendors or reinsurers who are exhibiting should register as an Exhibitor to receive a discounted registration rates. See the information under Exhibitor & Sponsor tab for more information and to register.
NAMIC accepts check or credit card payments for your registration fees.
A valid e-mail address for confirmation of your registration is required. If registering more than one person at a time, you will need to forward the confirmation e-mail to each delegate. If paying online with a credit card, you will receive your confirmation immediately after you submit your credit card payment. If mailing a check payment, a confirmation e-mail will be sent once NAMIC processes your payment. The confirmation e-mail includes a receipt, housing website, cancellation policy, and other event information.
All registration cancellations and transfers MUST be made in writing. Cancellations received on or before Aug. 23 are 100 percent refundable. After Aug. 23, a $25 processing fee will be deducted. Any refund due will be issued within 15 business days after receipt of the cancellation notice. No refunds are available after Sept. 6, so please plan accordingly. Mailed refund requests must be postmarked no later than September 6 for consideration. You may substitute a participant at no additional charge. Please forward all requests to registrar@namic.org or fax (317) 415-0802. Please note: Cancelling a convention registration with NAMIC does not cancel a hotel or tour reservation, those must be done separately with the respective parties.
If you are a farm mutual manager looking to earn the Professional Farm Mutual Manager (PFMM) designation or maintain your active status, you can do so at the NAMIC Convention. The module offered at this year’s convention emphasizes the essential topic of Strategic Business Management. To receive credit, you must register for the PFMM courses in addition to registering for the convention. Registering for the PFMM courses will guarantee your seat at the sessions. We want to know if this is your first time to participate in the NAMIC Annual Convention so we can get to know you and provide you with some valuable networking opportunities. Don’t be shy, please indicate on your registration form if you are a first time attendee. We are excited to meet you!
Badges must be worn at all functions.
The suggested attire for the convention is business casual. The only exception is the Wednesday Closing Celebration where business or semi-formal attire is suggested.
In order for your name to appear on the advanced registration list, your registration must be received by NAMIC no later than Aug. 23, 2013.
For the convenience of attendees arriving early, NAMIC will have a registration desk open on Saturday, Sept. 21 from noon to 6 p.m.
NAMIC will conduct a ticket exchange for reserved seating at the Wednesday evening Closing Celebration. Within each book of tickets (delegate and guest) is a ticket to be exchanged for a reserved seat. Please bring this ticket and those of any others in your group to the NAMIC Registration Desk at the following times:
