New Mexico: Emergency Medical Services Fee Premium Surtax Legislation Pulled by Bill’s Sponsor
SB 381, EMS Protection Fund, was pulled last week by the bill’s sponsor, Sen. Stuart Ingle, and replaced with legislation that does not pose a threat to insurance consumers.
