2012 Legislative Winners: Mutuals & Consumers
Every election season we ask ourselves the same question, “Will they or won’t they?” Will members of Congress and state legislatures embark on a torrent of self-serving political activity by introducing or supporting legislation simply to pander to voters? Or will they, instead, take a more prudent route, showing restraint from making attacks on what many consider an inviting target – the property/casualty insurance industry?
