Nevada: Your Help is Needed in Senate Battle to Oppose Reduced Coverage Limits, Low-Cost Auto Insurance Program

It appeared as though AB 299, the Low-Cost Automobile Insurance Pilot Plan, was dead on April 25 when it received a 26-16 vote. One day later, however, supporters of the bill were able to swing some key votes and pass the bill out of the Assembly on a 29-13 vote. The battle has now shifted to the Nevada Senate, where Democrats have a mere one-seat advantage.
