Washington: Credit-based Insurance Scoring Ban Legislation Dead in Olympia

HB 1318, Using Credit History, Education, and Income for Insurance Purposes, was assigned to the House Business and Financial Services Committee Jan. 18 for a public hearing, but the bill never passed out of the committee before the House Policy Committee’s Feb. 17 cut-off deadline.
