Iowa Regulators Take Initial Steps to Interpret Requirements of Extraordinary Life Circumstance Amendment to State’s Credit-Based Insurance Scoring Statute

NAMIC participated in a meeting yesterday called by the Iowa Insurance Division to help determine whether a bulletin or a regulation is needed to interpret the process requirements of SF 2075, the legislation that passed this year that adopted the “extraordinary life circumstances” amendment to the state’s credit-based insurance scoring statute.
